Carved into the rocky southern end of Yamba's Main Beach, this 30-metre ocean-fed lap pool offers calm, crystal-clear swimming with sweeping views across the Pacific, the Clarence River mouth, and Iluka headland. Completed in 1969, the pool sits on a rock platform dotted with shallow tidal pools perfect for kids to explore at low tide. A nearby shallow paddling area and cold-water open-air showers make it a relaxed, family-friendly spot. No lifeguards, free entry, and open 24/7 — the quintessential laid-back North Coast ocean bath.
