Two Caves (Wreck) is a hauntingly beautiful dive and snorkel site off Direction Island in the Cocos Keeling Islands. The site features a purposely sunk Sri Lankan refugee boat now resting on the sandy ocean floor between 14–25 m depth, with a large piece of hull still intact around the engines. Adjacent to the wreck are two small cave systems along the reef wall where sleeping white-tip reef sharks are often spotted. With crystal-clear visibility averaging 25–30 m, batfish, manta rays, turtles, and reef sharks patrol the area, making this a unique blend of historical shipwreck exploration and natural cave diving in one of Australia's most remote marine parks.

Moderate risk: Tidal current
Incoming tide creates upwelling and active food chains, which can produce moderate to strong currents along the reef wall and around the wreck.
Low risk: Depth (14–25 m)
The site sits at 14–25 m depth, which can be challenging for inexperienced snorkelers and requires good buoyancy control.
Low risk: Sharks in caves
White-tip reef sharks may be found sleeping inside the caves; unexpected encounters can startle swimmers.
