Located at the southern end of Long Bay where the Randwick and Coast Golf Clubs meet, Tupia Point is a rugged, advanced snorkel and dive site renowned for its extraordinary underwater topography. The reef drops quickly from a rock platform to 22 metres, harbouring an extensive network of swim-throughs, caves, and tunnels ranging from tight squeezes to large caverns. A unique attraction is the wreckage of the MV Malabar's funnel and boiler resting in just 8 metres of water — a piece of maritime history teeming with fish life including yellowtail, cuttlefish, moray eels, leatherjackets, and nannygais. This spot is best accessed by private boat due to challenging shore entry conditions.
