Set within a pristine marine sanctuary on the remote western edge of Bathurst Island, Tiwi Island Retreat offers a barefoot luxury escape where the Timor Sea meets untouched wilderness. The turquoise waters lap a private beachfront, while the surrounding marine park teems with life. This is an exclusive, off-grid paradise — accessed only by helicopter or charter flight — where world-class fishing, Indigenous culture tours, and spectacular wildlife encounters await. The retreat's 12-metre beachfront pool substitutes for ocean swimming due to local saltwater crocodile presence, making it a unique snorkeling destination where the wild edge of the Top End meets refined comfort.
