This submerged granite plateau sits at around 30 metres depth and is renowned for its dramatic kelp forests, sponge gardens, and abundant marine life drawn by the strong tidal flows that flush the bay. The site offers advanced snorkelers and divers a wild, current-swept encounter with one of Victoria's richest temperate marine ecosystems, where you can drift over vast rock shelves encrusted with colourful corals, ascidians, and hydroids.
