Despite its sombre name, this site bursts with life — vibrant coral gardens, colourful schooling fish, and clear waters await just metres from the shore. With depths ranging from 5 to 14 metres, it's an easy, peaceful experience that offers remarkable biodiversity without needing to venture far. The calm conditions and rich coral cover make it a favourite for beginners and experienced snorkellers alike, offering a serene window into Christmas Island's world-class marine environment.
