Tucked away near the southern end of Elizabeth Beach in Pacific Palms, Shelly Beach features a natural tidal lagoon that forms at low tide, offering calm, shallow waters perfect for snorkeling and swimming. Sheltered by rocky headlands and bordered by coastal bushland, this secluded spot delivers a sense of remoteness despite being just a short walk from the road. The lagoon's still waters and sandy bottom make it an inviting spot to explore, with excellent water clarity on calm days. The beach is clothing-optional and unpatrolled, adding to its laid-back, off-the-beaten-path character.
