Shelley Beach (often spelled Shelly Beach) is a remote, walk-in coastal gem within Yuraygir National Park on the NSW North Coast. Located near Shelley Caves and Little Shelley Beach, this secluded stretch offers superb swimming, snorkeling, and fishing in crystal-clear waters. Accessible only by a 6–7 km coastal walk from Angourie or Lake Arragan, the beach rewards adventurous visitors with pristine sands, rocky headlands to explore, and the chance to spot kangaroos, emus, and migrating whales (winter). The surrounding heathlands burst into spectacular wildflower displays in spring.
