Sandy Cape is a stunning white-sand beach tucked inside a sheltered bay 10km north of Jurien Bay on Western Australia's Coral Coast. The calm, crystal-clear waters make it a superb snorkelling destination, with seagrass meadows and sandy patches just offshore that attract marine life. The bay's sheltered aspect keeps conditions gentle for swimmers and stand-up paddleboarders, while the surrounding dunes and coastal bushland add a wild, uncrowded feel. A 7km unsealed road leads to the recreation park, where the beach stretches between pristine dunes perfect for sandboarding. The old jetty piles nearby host an underwater interpretive snorkel trail, adding structure and interest beneath the surface.
