Salmon Rocks Beach lies within Cape Conran Coastal Park on Victoria's remote eastern shoreline, where the calm, protected waters of the bay meet a boulder-strewn foreshore. The beach's rocky headlands and subtle reef formations create sheltered pools and gutters ideal for snorkeling in clear, temperate waters. Its location within the Cape Conran Coastal Park means visitors share the water with abundant fish life drawn to the rocky structure, while the adjacent Banksia woodlands add a wild, coastal feel. The area is prized for its uncrowded conditions and excellent visibility on calm days.
