Tucked away on Rottnest Island's western side, Ricey Beach is a secluded gem shielded from the main road by rugged grassy dunes. Its sparkling turquoise waters are protected by a low coral reef that calms the swell, while the warm Leeuwin Current keeps the bay inviting. Flanked by banded limestone rocks perfect for exploring, this quiet stretch of soft white sand offers excellent snorkelling over shallow coral gardens teeming with fish — often with hardly anyone else around.
