Tucked into a protected coral-fringed lagoon about 45 minutes north of Carnarvon, "The Aquarium" is Point Quobba's sheltered snorkelling sanctuary. Calm, crystal-clear waters and a white sandy beach make it a perfect beginner-friendly spot for swimming alongside colourful parrotfish, dart fish, and the occasional turtle. Best explored at high tide, its natural coral reef buffers the ocean swell, creating a safe, pool-like haven. A short walk from the dramatic Quobba Blowholes, it blends serene snorkelling with Western Australia's rugged Coral Coast scenery.
