Port Neill Jetty extends into the calm, sheltered waters of this small coastal town on the Eyre Peninsula, offering excellent shore-entry snorkelling around its encrusted pylons. The jetty structure is home to colourful macroalgae, reef fish, seagrass beds, and a menagerie of invertebrates. Beginners can slip in from the beach under the jetty to explore the shallow pylons, while more advanced snorkellers venture to the deeper end where rays, pipefish, and the occasional seahorse hide amongst the structure. The adjacent grassy foreshore with picnic tables and a playground makes it a perfect family day out.
