Olive Point is a secluded snorkel site on the northern tip of Middle Island, part of the pristine Keppel Bay Islands group in the southern Great Barrier Reef. Getting in
Olive Point is located on the northern side of Middle Island, part of the Keppel Bay Islands group. Access is via private vessel, water taxi, or commercial charter from Yeppoon on the Capricorn Coast. The ferry from Yeppoon to Great Keppel Island takes about 30 minutes, and from there a boat transfer is needed to reach Middle Island.
Parking is available at the Yeppoon ferry terminal and boat ramp areas. Paid parking zones are in operation around Yeppoon Lagoon and the town centre via the Capricorn Coast Smart Parking app.
