Old Cannery Beach is a sheltered sandy beach near Eden on the NSW Sapphire Coast, named after the historic cannery that once operated here. Its calm, protected waters make it a well-regarded beginner snorkelling spot among locals. The beach sits within a quiet coastal setting, offering easy shore-entry access to shallow seagrass beds and rocky edges where small reef fish and stingrays are commonly sighted. The gentle conditions and lack of strong currents make it ideal for families and first-time snorkelers exploring the temperate waters of southern New South Wales.
