North Fisherman Island is part of the Fisherman Islands group off the coast of Jurien Bay in Western Australia's Coral Coast region. These limestone and sand islands sit within the Jurien Bay Marine Park, renowned for its crystal-clear turquoise waters, seagrass meadows, and abundant marine life including sea lions, dolphins, and tropical fish. The shallow, protected waters around the island offer excellent snorkeling conditions with sandy patches and reef-like limestone formations. Access is by boat only from Jurien Bay, with winter months (June-September) offering the best visibility and the chance to see migratory humpback whales passing through the area.
