Muggy Muggy Beach is a sheltered sandy cove on the north-eastern side of Dunk Island, within the Family Islands National Park in North Queensland. Reached via a 40-minute rainforest and mangrove walking track from the island's main spit, this secluded beach offers calm, clear waters ideal for swimming and snorkelling. Protected behind a rainforest-clad headland, it's a peaceful escape from busier spots, with fringing reefs just offshore and brilliant birdlife like the Ulysses butterfly fluttering through the canopy overhead.
