Monforts Beach is a secluded ocean-side gem within the Mornington Peninsula National Park, tucked between Bridgewater Bay and Fowlers Beach. This wild, reef-dominated shoreline features dramatic limestone cliffs, extensive rock platforms, and deep tidal pools that emerge at low tide. Its quiet, uncrowded setting rewards snorkelers with fascinating pools to explore among the rocky reefs, though conditions change rapidly with the tide — at high tide the surf washes over the reefs, and at low tide vast rock flats are exposed. The beach is narrow and best visited for a combination of rock-pool discovery and adventurous coastal scenery.
