Tucked beside the entrance to Merimbula Lake on the Sapphire Coast, Mitchies Jetty offers crystal-clear, shallow waters ideal for snorkeling. A disused commercial fishing jetty turned beloved community hub, its calm lake-side waters are home to abundant fish, large stingrays, and occasional dolphins and seals. With a coffee kiosk, picnic areas, and kayak/SUP hire on site, it's as much a social spot as it is a snorkeling gem. The sandy beach shelves gently, making it a safe, family-friendly entry point for underwater exploration.
