Ladies Reef is a small, circular reef just a short distance offshore from Horseshoe Beach headland near South West Rocks on the NSW Mid North Coast. Sitting at roughly 10 metres depth, this compact reef is covered in vibrant soft corals and colourful sponges, creating a kaleidoscopic underwater garden. Its sheltered position makes it a popular spot for both day and night dives, and the reef is easy to navigate, offering beginner-friendly conditions with plenty of macro life to discover.
