The Labyrinth is a renowned snorkel and dive site off Lighthouse Bay near Exmouth, on Western Australia's stunning Ningaloo Reef. True to its name, this site features a mesmerising maze of limestone craters, coral bommies, and swim-through channels that weave through bommie fields in 10–18 m of water. Snorkellers drift above intricate coral formations teeming with colourful reef fish, green and loggerhead turtles, and the occasional reef shark. Part of the UNESCO-listed Ningaloo Coast, the Labyrinth offers crystal-clear waters and exceptional visibility, making it a must-visit for anyone wanting to experience the raw beauty of Australia's fringing reef.

Moderate risk: Strong currents
Oceanic currents can push snorkellers away from the reef structure, especially during tidal changes. Snorkel in groups and monitor conditions.
Low risk: Boat traffic
Labyrinth is accessed by boat from Exmouth and is an active dive/snorkel site; vessels approach from Lighthouse Bay. Maintain situational awareness and stay clear of boat ramps and channels.
Low risk: Sharp coral
The limestone bommies and coral structures are abrasive and can cause cuts and abrasions on contact. Wear a full-length wetsuit or rash guard for protection.
