A breathtaking ancient freshwater sinkhole on private farmland, Kilsby's Sinkhole offers gin-clear waters with visibility exceeding 60 metres. Suspended in dancing beams of light within this collapsed limestone cavern, snorkellers float above submerged rock formations and fossilised tree branches in a cathedral-like chamber. The 2-hour guided snorkel tour (all gear supplied) leads you through the ethereal, spring-fed pool surrounded by lush vegetation. Just 14 km south of Mount Gambier on South Australia's Limestone Coast, this is one of Australia's most extraordinary inland snorkelling experiences.
