Nestled within Bundjalung National Park on the NSW North Coast, Iluka Bluff / Bluff Beach offers a peaceful stretch of pristine white sand backed by coastal rainforest and pandanus palms. This relatively sheltered beach provides some protection from waves, making it a favoured local spot for swimming, snorkeling, and family outings. The headland of Iluka Bluff frames the northern end of the beach, offering panoramic views across to Yamba and the Clarence River mouth. Dolphins are frequently spotted cruising the surf zone, and during winter the lookout is a prime whale-watching vantage point. The beach is patrolled by surf lifesavers during peak summer holidays, adding a layer of safety for visitors.
