Fringed by famously powdery white sand (Guinness-record-holding), Hyams Beach sits on the southern edge of Jervis Bay Marine Park. Its calm, crystal-clear turquoise waters are protected by the bay, creating ideal conditions for snorkelling around rocky outcrops. The shoreline slopes gently, making it a family-friendly spot where you can drift over seagrass beds peering at blue gropers, rockfish, and the occasional stingray. The beach is backed by coastal heath and the Hyams Beach trail in Jervis Bay National Park, adding a scenic nature-walk option between dips.
