Nestled in William Bay National Park on Western Australia's stunning south coast, Greens Pool is a crystalline natural swimming enclosure protected from the Southern Ocean by a necklace of smooth granite boulders and islands. The calm, turquoise waters — just 1–3 m deep — make it ideal for snorkellers of all levels. A marked snorkel trail weaves around Bombie Rock and the granite outcrops, where you'll spot zebra fish, wrasse, morwongs, goat fish, western blue devils, colourful sea stars, and the occasional eagle ray or stingaree gliding through the shallows.

Getting in
From Denmark, head west along South Coast Highway. Turn left onto William Bay Road (signposted for William Bay National Park) and follow it to the Greens Pool parking area. The beach is a short walk down stairs from the car park. The spot is about 18 km west of Denmark and 40 km east of Walpole.
Two car parks serve Greens Pool and nearby Elephant Rocks. Parking fills quickly in summer — park only in designated bays.
Free entry to William Bay National Park (no park entry fee).
