Tucked away in Jervis Bay National Park, Greenfield Beach boasts some of the whitest sand in the bay and dazzling turquoise water that begs to be explored. The beach's calm, protected waters and patchy nearshore reefs create excellent conditions for snorkeling, with visibility often reaching far in the clear shallows. It's the perfect spot to float above seagrass beds and rocky outcrops teeming with small fish, rays, and the occasional cuttlefish — all set against the backdrop of the iconic White Sands Walk. Showers and barbecues are on hand, making it a relaxed, family-friendly snorkel destination.

Low risk: Rocky reef edges
The rock walls at each end of the beach can be sharp; wear protective footwear when entering the water near them.
