Just 15 minutes north of Streaky Bay, Granites Beach is a sheltered sandy cove framed by dramatic orange-hued granite boulders that rise from the ocean. A 110-step wooden staircase leads from the clifftop carpark to a calm, protected lagoon ideal for swimming and snorkeling. At low tide, extensive rock pools are exposed among the granite outcrops, teeming with small marine life perfect for exploration. The striking granite formations create a natural windbreak, making this a peaceful family-friendly spot year-round.
