The Glennie Group is a remote cluster of granite islands lying off the southern coast of Wilsons Promontory in Victoria's Gippsland region. Great Glennie Island, Dannevig Island, Citadel Island, and McHugh Island rise from the Bass Strait with windswept cliffs, rocky shorelines, and sheltered coves. These exposed waters are only accessible by private vessel in calm conditions, offering adventurous snorkelers the chance to explore pristine granite boulder gardens, kelp forests, and clear temperate waters. The isolation rewards those who make the journey with wild, untouched seascapes and stellar visibility on a good day.
