Fisherman's Bay is a secluded, tranquil bay on the Central Coast of NSW, nestled within scenic bushland. Known for its calm, protected waters, this pocket beach offers excellent shore-entry snorkeling for all levels. The bay also draws whale watchers from May to November, adding an extra thrill between dips. It sits along a convenient foreshore with a small boat ramp, making it a popular launch point for kayaking adventures as well as snorkeling.

Getting in
Located in Fishermans Bay, NSW 2316, approximately 10 minutes south of Nelson Bay in the Port Stephens area. Follow the signs from the main road to the foreshore reserve.
Parking is available at the Fishermans Bay foreshore reserve. Vehicles towing boat trailers can park in designated areas. Note: you cannot leave your vehicle on the beach when using the boat ramp.
No entry fee. Free public access.
