Tucked between Seal Point and Crayfish Point on the wild Shipwreck Coast of the Great Otway National Park, Crayfish Bay offers two pristine, remote beaches protected by offshore reefs and submerged rock slabs. Accessed by a short dirt track walk or via the Great Ocean Walk from Cape Otway Lighthouse, this exposed Southern Ocean site rewards adventurous snorkellers with clear waters, deep rocky gutters, bommies, and abundant sea life including the southern rock lobster (crayfish) that gives the bay its name.
