Corindi Beach, at the northern end of the Coffs Coast in NSW, is a scenic 350-metre stretch of sand framed by two shallow reefs and rocky shore platforms. Sheltered conditions behind the reefs create calm, clear inshore waters ideal for snorkelling, while curious rock pools along the headlands offer mini-explorations for all ages. The beach backs onto a holiday park and is patrolled during peak season, making it a safe, family-friendly gateway to the vibrant marine life of the North Coast.

Moderate risk: Rip currents
Like most beach breaks on the Coffs Coast, rips can form near the reef edges and rock platforms; swim between the flags when the beach is patrolled.
Low risk: Shallow reef and shore platforms
Two shallow reefs and irregular rock platforms sit nearshore — low tide can expose sharp rocks and make entry tricky.
Low risk: Southerly swell
During strong southerly swells, waves break directly on the reefs and shore platforms, stirring up sand and reducing visibility.
