Conzinc Bay sits on the Burrup Peninsula within the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Murujuga National Park, one of the Pilbara's most remarkable shore-diving and snorkeling destinations. This sheltered bay on the Dampier Archipelago offers easy shore access to a sandy seabed dotted with patchy hard and soft corals that thicken as you swim out to 5–6 m depth. Snorkelers can explore amidst small bommies, weedy patches, and rocky ledges that shelter an array of tropical fish, nudibranchs, anemones, and small rays. The bay's calm conditions at low tide make it ideal for snorkeling, while divers prefer high tide slack water. With the ancient Murujuga petroglyphs as a backdrop and the pristine waters of the Dampier Archipelago stretching offshore, Conzinc Bay delivers a uniquely remote Pilbara underwater experience.

Low risk: Boat traffic
Boating, fishing and other vessels use the bay, especially on weekends. A dive flag is strongly recommended.
Low risk: Tidal current at high tide
Currents increase on the incoming/outgoing tide. Snorkeling is best at low tide; diving is best at high tide slack.
Low risk: Sharp rocks and coral
Rocky shore entry points and live coral bommies present cuts and abrasion risks. Reef-safe footwear recommended.
Low risk: Limited summer visibility
Visibility drops below 5 m in warmer months due to plankton and sediment. Best visibility (up to 10 m) occurs in cooler months (May–Sep).
