Charlie's Reef is a little-known offshore diving and snorkeling site in the Batemans Bay region of the NSW South Coast, popular among local dive charters for its rocky reef habitat and temperate marine life. Situated in the nutrient-rich waters of Batemans Marine Park, the reef features rocky bommies, sponge gardens, and gutters that attract schools of fish, rays, and occasional turtles. Access is by boat only, typically via operators out of Batemans Bay, making it a quieter alternative to more crowded inshore spots.

Low risk: Variable visibility
Visibility can drop rapidly after rainfall or windy conditions; typical range is 5–12 m on good days.
Low risk: Boat traffic
The reef is accessed by boat, and local vessel traffic in nearby channels requires vigilance when surfaced.
