Cathy's Tips is a lesser-known dive and snorkel site off the NSW South Coast, near Batemans Bay. Marked by distinctive rocky reef formations that rise from the seafloor, this offshore site offers clear waters and a healthy marine ecosystem. Best accessed by boat, it rewards snorkelers with encounters over rocky gutters, swim-throughs, and kelp-covered boulders. The site's exposed position means conditions change quickly, so calm days with good visibility are essential for a safe and enjoyable visit.
