Blue Pearl Bay is a postcard-perfect snorkel destination on the north-western side of Hayman Island in the Whitsundays. Sheltered by rugged granite cliffs and backed by a strip of gleaming white sand, the bay opens onto a fringing coral reef teeming with marine life. The calm, crystal-clear water offers exceptional visibility, making it easy to spot sea turtles, colourful reef fish, and occasional rays drifting through the coral gardens. Access is exclusively by boat — most visitors arrive via snorkel cruise or private charter — and the relative seclusion means you'll often have the reef to yourself. It's widely considered one of the Whitsundays' premier snorkel sites.
