Bithry Inlet is a pristine estuary at the mouth of Wapengo Lake within Mimosa Rocks National Park on the Sapphire Coast. Sheltered rock and reef-dominated shores flank the inlet, creating protected tidal pools that are perfect for calm-water snorkeling. Crystal-clear waters flow over rocky reef habitat, with the inlet's seclusion offering a peaceful escape far from crowded beaches. The surrounding coastal forest meets the sand, and the wild, unspoiled setting makes every swim feel like a private discovery.

Moderate risk: Tidal Rips at the Entrance
Strong rips and currents occur with the change of tides at the inlet entrance. The peaceful appearance can be deceiving.
Low risk: Changing Tides
Tidal flow through the narrow inlet creates shifting currents that can catch swimmers off guard, especially near the estuary mouth.
