Bird Rock is a striking series of jagged sandstone and shale bluffs, sea stacks, rocks, and reefs extending nearly 1 km seaward from Walkerville South in the Gippsland region. This rugged coastal formation offers sensational snorkeling around its semi-secluded beaches and underwater reef platforms, where cool temperate waters host kelp forests and diverse marine life. The dramatic geology of sea stacks and intertidal rock pools makes it a visually stunning spot for adventurous snorkelers exploring Victoria's Bass Strait coastline.
