Big Brother is a revered dive and snorkel site on the outer reef of the Cocos (Keeling) Islands, a remote Indian Ocean atoll. The site features a steep coral wall adorned with dense hard and soft corals, including large gorgonian sea fans, with excellent visibility averaging 25 m. The reef teems with pelagic life — grey reef sharks, dogtooth tuna, and trevally patrol the drop-off while turtles and manta rays glide through the blue. The pristine, uncrowded reef is part of the Cocos Keeling Islands Marine Park, one of the healthiest reef systems in Australia with minimal bleaching impact.

The site is located on the outer reef with a deep wall dropping to 30-40 m, requiring careful depth management.
Low risk: Wind-dependent access
The site is only accessible on calm days when winds are low, typically during the summer months (November-March).
