Nestled inside the near-enclosed Anderson Inlet, Inverloch's sheltered foreshore beaches offer remarkably calm, low-wave swimming conditions ideal for snorkeling. Three distinct sandy beaches stretch along The Esplanade, backed by grassy foreshore reserves. The innermost beach sits nearly 3 km inside the inlet, often mirror-flat at incoming tide, while the middle beach offers deeper water. The area adjoins Bunurong Marine National Park, known for diverse marine habitats, and is an excellent family-friendly alternative to the exposed surf beaches outside the inlet.
