Getting in
Alyangula Beach is located on Groote Eylandt, accessible by air from Darwin to Groote Eylandt Airport (approx. 1.5 hrs). From the airport, the beach is a short drive into the township of Alyangula. A recreation permit is required to access the area.
Free parking available near the beach and at the Groote Eylandt Lodge.
